Wood Ranch Chef’s Special featuring the GIANT SHORT RIB

To welcome short ribs onto their menu, Wood Ranch will be hosting a Giant Short Rib Launch on Tuesday, December 6th. On this one night, you are invited to treat yourself and a special someone to the Chef’s Table Menu (for two) and be the first to try Wood Ranch’s Certified Angus Beef® Giant Short Ribs. This thoughtfully prepared, four-course dinner will begin with Guacamole or Spinach-Artichoke Dip & Chips followed by a half House Salad with your choice of dressing. The star of the show, the Giant Short Rib that’s been slow-cooked to perfection will be one portions large enough for two, served with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. For dessert, Wood Ranch will be preparing their famous Oreo® Cookie Crunch.
This incredible dinner for two is moderately priced at $46.95. And since Wood Ranch offers half-priced wine on Tuesdays, you can pair your favorite bottle of vino with dinner and toast to a memorable short rib celebration in style! Space is limited. Book your reservation by 12/1.
